Shipping Conditions & Processing Time

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised, receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you by email when your package has been processed at the postal service. Note that in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately. In these situations, no additional shipping fees will be applied. Canada/United States orders delay: Air: 6-10 business days Surface: 1-2 weeks Express: will depend on which one you selected

International orders delay: Air: usually 2-3 weeks Surface: 4-8 weeks Express: will depend on which one you selected

How do I track my packet?

If you selected the trackable option at the checkout page, we will email you a tracking number when your order has been processed at the postal service with a direct link to track it. If you didn’t choose a trackable option, you cannot track your order.

Exchanges & Refunds

  If 15 days have passed since you received your order or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. Only regular priced items qualify. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to us via regular mail service, unworn and unwashed. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the item(s) bought. And you to filled out the return/exchange form available at www.rise.ca/return-form 

Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postal service. Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account.

People from Canada can also order on our US/International store, if so, they will be charged in USD and we can’t refund or change the currency after an order is shipped.

How to exchange a product

 
  1. Fill out the return form at: www.rise.ca/pages/returns
  2. Mail it to: F500-18005 Rue Lapointe, Mirabel, Quebec, J7J 0G2, Canada

  That being said, it must be sent back in their original packaging, with the tags, if any. The package custom declaration must be marked as a “return of goods” or as a gift when sent back to Rise. You will be responsible for any fees related to the return/exchange of your product.

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

If you are approved for a refund or an exchange, we will process it by contacting you about the shipping payment to ship back your order. If it’s for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Note: All prices for our products or any kind of service offered on Rise.ca are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Returned packages

  If a package is sent back to us by a postal service for any given reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send back the package to you. We will contact you and confirm the second shipment of the package. If after 60 days we’ve notified you and we haven’t heard back, all returned packages will be put back into stock and refunded if applicable.

Customs

You will be responsible of any customs fees related to your order. Please note that the taxes charged by your country’s customs is solely determined by them.

We are shipping all orders with Canada Post due to their competitive pricing and efficiency. Canada Post has a reputable relationship with most countries which helps to remove the regular brokerage and reduce custom fees.

The customs fee will depend on the value of the package and the item bought. Please refer to your country’s customs for further approximation of the cost.

Warranty

  All our products carry a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers damaged and defective products. In these situations, we will exchange these products for you free of charge.

Some items like the Premium Grips and the lever on Lever Belts have an extended warranty of 90 days and 1 year, respectively, which means only the product itself is covered within the timeframe, shipping fee will have to be covered by the customer if it goes over the 30-day warranty coming with any of our products.

FINAL SALE ON SELECT PRODUCTS

All items marked as Final   S ale can  not   be   e xchanged or refunded as we won’t restock them.    

The quality of these products respect     Rise’s standard s  , we are just making place on the shelves for upcoming   releases.
