MY BACKGROUND

In high school I was very overweight, insecure and struggled with a lot of build up resentment towards myself and some of the battles I had to face as I grew up. I found comfort in food and slowly adopted very unhealthy eating habits. When I moved on to college I realized that something needed to change, I could no longer blame everyone else for my unhappiness and It was time to take control. I started my journey by losing 40 lbs of pure fat. At that point I found a passion in not only taking control of my health and confidence but helping others find and take that control too! I switched my major from a double in Mathematics (huge nerd at heart🤓) and interior design to Human Nutrition. I received my personal training certificate and began building my brand, Bodi By Miranda. I spent the last two years of post grad running my own company while working on my personal goals. I found that I wanted to do more, I wanted to make more of an impact. Then came the idea of MADE FOR MORE. I was SO ready to create a bad ass team of the best human beings I knew to make the biggest impact possible. The idea behind Made For More Strength + Nutrition is to build strength in all aspect of your life- physical strength, mental strength, emotional strength- to TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. I couldn't be happier to be part of the Rise team who I feel truly embody everything that I am passionate about. Thank you all so much for supporting me!

MY FAVOURITE FOOD

THIS IS HARD!!! I'm a foodie so here are a few of my go to cheats- pizza, froyo, authentic mexican with queso and quad and burritos (I'm hungry now), and I am a sucker for a good turkey sub.
Favorite healthy snack is tomato basil rice cakes with light cream cheese!

IMy half gallon jug, shaker bottle, ehplabs oxywhey protein powder, ehplabs beyond BCAAs, sling shot booty band, ankle weights, BEATS headphones, jumprope, chapstick always and maybe a few snacks ;)

MWF Legs and Glutes! + 20 min HIIT cardio
Tuesday Upper Body Maintenance + 30 min steady state Cardio
Thursday HIIT cardio + ABS + stretch
Sat-Sun REST or Fun outdoor activity
