IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Black Friday is Rise’s biggest sale of the year. Every single item was discounted.

WHEN?

The sale will run from Friday 23th 00:00 EST until November 29th 00:00 EST.

FINAL SALE

All sales will be final during Black Friday & Cyber Monday. We will only accept exchanges for sizing purposes.

The quality of all items sold respect Rise’s standards, we are just creating space on the shelves for upcoming collections.

ORDER

Any order placed prior to the beginning of the Black Friday campaign will not be subject to further discounts.

No additional discount code can be used. If you want to encourage your favourite Rise athlete, please use their personal link.

During this period, a higher number of transactions are processed and lead to many inventory changes. However, we have a large inventory for Black Friday. We will email you if the product you ordered is not available and provide to you an estimated restock date/shipment date or refund the item before shipping your order.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. The product is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

After your order is placed, we won’t be able to make changes in any order in terms of items. If you forgot an item, please place another order.

Wrong Address at checkout. If you need to make changes regarding the shipping address, contact us promptly at www.rise.ca/contact-us with your order number as we will be processing orders fast and your order might be dispatched before we can apply any changes.

 

PROCESSING TIME(UPDATED DECEMBER 21,2018)

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for the overwhelming support during BLACK FRIDAY!

1- All Black Friday orders are shipped since December 19.

2- We Caught up on all emails.

3-Orders Shipped out on December 04-05 has been re-shipped on December 19 due to an error in transit time.

We can confirm that it was our most successful event to date and it’s all because of you. The entire team here at Rise HQ has been working day in and day out processing a volume of orders that surpassed all our expectations!

1- How long goes it takes to ship my order?

Firstly, we are sorry about the extended delays to fulfill your order due to the volume of orders we received and Canada Post's strike during Black Friday season. Even though we were prepared for the volume of orders coming, the strike made it difficult for us to dispatch the orders we already packed.

We have now processed all orders from Black Friday and also all orders that came in after November 29.

Thank you again for your time and patience regarding this unusual delays in processing all orders. For the rest of the year, we process all orders within 1-2 business days.

2- We caught up on all our emails.

We just noticed today, we had over 1000 emails in our spam box.

We know this might come odd to you, but we are truly sorry about it.

This is the reason why we decided to send an overall response to everyone to make sure you get an answer faster. If you didn't receive a response from us within 24 hours after emailing us, it's the result of this unfortunate event.

If you didn't receive a specific email from our support team regarding your order, it means your order was processed on time.

3- At Rise, we believe a great product without an amazing customer experience is pointless.This is why we are always monitoring all orders we ship out to make sure our carrier do the part of the bargain.

That being said, for orders shipped out on December 04 more specifically, we didn't see any activity for more than 5 days on Canada Post's website so we went ahead and shipped again over 500 orders at Rise is cost so we can make sure orders are delivered as soon as possible. We didn't expect this and took the necessary action to fix this unfortunate situation.

We are always striving to improve as a brand and we are truly thankful for your outstanding support. You can be assured the product you order from us will always be the best in the game.
